Our horse name database is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. While we strive for accuracy in name meanings, origins, and classifications:

• We do not guarantee that any name is available for registration with any breed registry, jockey club, or equestrian organization
• Name availability for racing, breeding, or registration purposes must be verified independently with the relevant governing body
• We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of a name found on our Site

5. User-Generated Content

The favorites feature stores your saved horse names locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not store your favorites on our servers. Clearing your browser data will remove your saved favorites. We are not responsible for any loss of saved data.
